Terms ofservice.
These terms summarise the commercial and operational conditions under which Bastrion is provided. Where a signed master agreement exists, that agreement governs.
Scope
What the subscription covers.
- Access and seats
- Your plan sets the number of active officer, supervisor, administrator, and client seats. Seat counts are reviewed on each billing period and adjusted against actual usage.
- Workspace isolation
- Each company operates in its own workspace. Records are not shared between workspaces, and platform staff access requires a recorded support session.
- Support
- Support is provided through the in-platform support desk during business hours, with response targets set by plan. Emergency operational escalation is available on Enterprise agreements.
- Changes to the service
- Features may be added or refined. Material changes that affect existing workflows are announced in advance through the platform notice system.
Obligations
Acceptable use.
- Accurate records
- The platform records what your personnel enter. Your company is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the operational content submitted through it.
- Account discipline
- Credentials are personal to each user. Shared logins undermine attribution and are a breach of these terms.
- Client releases
- You control which approved records are released to which client account. Bastrion does not release records to clients on your behalf.
- No interference
- Reverse engineering, load testing without notice, and attempts to reach other workspaces are prohibited.
Commercial
Billing and termination.
- Invoicing
- Subscriptions are invoiced in advance on the agreed period. Invoices are visible in the workspace billing area with line detail and payment status.
- Late payment
- Overdue accounts are flagged to your billing contact before any restriction. Operational records remain readable during a payment dispute.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate at the end of a term with written notice. A structured export of your workspace can be requested during the wind-down period.
- Liability
- Bastrion is a recordkeeping and reporting system. It does not supply guarding services and is not responsible for operational decisions taken by your personnel.
